Our products are final sales and refunds are not allowed. If you notice your product to be defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately-within 3 business days. We only allow exchanges if the item is DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT. If the defective item(s) are Kai Bri Beauty's fault, we will cover all shipping cost. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing returns.
